BJP Elite Academy, Pattaya — Thailand

The role of Deputy Head at the French school BJP Elite Academy in Pattaya was a rich and demanding experience in an international context.

I was in charge of two distinct curricula — French and English — each with its own pedagogical and cultural demands. In parallel I also supervised the maintenance staff, some of whom only spoke Thai.

This multicultural and multilingual management turned my days into exciting and formative challenges, both personally and professionally.
